Funny how the only media attention Ron Paul got during 2008 came when he officially ended his presidential campaign.

Rather than go quietly into this good night, however, Paul is using the money remaining in his war chest to birth the Campaign for Liberty, a grassroots organization that will parlay his name into promoting like-minded candidates at every level of government.

Hopefully it will fare better than Ross Perot's similar attempts in the '90s.
